In 2020, during the unexpected pause of the COVID-19 pandemic, I discovered an extraordinary opportunity hidden within my furlough from a five-year career. What began as a creative outlet quickly blossomed into a passion project: crafting unique, sustainable candles in upcycled tin containers. Driven by a commitment to sustainability and creativity, I developed a unique concept where our customers become part of our story by donating tin cans that are transformed into beautiful candle vessels. For four years, I dedicated myself to sharing my craft, trading at local markets and hosting candle-making workshops that brought people together through creativity and fun. February 2024 marked a significant milestone in my journey—opening our first dedicated space at 20 Sun Street in Canterbury. This charming shop is more than just a retail location; it's a celebration of craftsmanship and community. The shop is divided into two inviting spaces: our vibrant candle bar, where we host regular candle-making classes complete with bubbles and laughter, and our retail area showcasing our handcrafted products.
