To allow for careful, small batch handcrafting and shipping time, please expect orders to be fulfilled within 3 working days, followed by 3-5 days for postal delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

During busier seasons, extra production and shipping time may be needed during Christmas period there is a 10 working day wait time for online orders. For expedited orders, kindly contact us at turnoffthelights95@gmail.com and we'll try our best to fast track your request. As a small operation focused on quality over quantity, we appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully make each candle to order.

For immediate pickup or last minute gifts, we welcome you to visit our seaside Whitstable Harbour shop open weekends year-round.

Returns 

Should you need to return an item, please mail it back to us using the returns address on our website. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Candles must be returned to us in their original condition, unused for a refund. 

For any damaged or defective products, kindly contact us within 72 hours of delivery at turnoffthelights95@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you. We'll happily provide a replacement or refund for any qualified issues.

As a small batch shop, we'll do our best to find a solution that works for both parties. For exchanges or immediate assistance, we welcome visits to our Whitstable shop location whenever possible.
