Changed your mind?

We hope that you love your products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then we will be happy to issue a refund. Please send them back to us unopened and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanatory note, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back. Contact us at turnoffthelights95@gmail.com if you have any questions or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email with a brief note to turnoffthelights95@gmail.com. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.
