WHY HAVE OUR PRICES CHANGED?

Over the past five years, we have worked hard to keep our pricing as accessible as possible while continuing to grow and improve what we offer. During that time, the cost of running workshops and producing our products has increased significantly.

This price update reflects changes in:

  • Raw materials and fragrance oils
  • Energy and production costs
  • Staffing and training
  • Workshop preparation, hosting, and clean down
  • Ongoing improvements to our products, space, and overall experience

This increase allows us to continue delivering the quality, care, and atmosphere that Turn Off The Lights is known for, without compromising on materials or the experience we offer.

PRODUCTS AND IN STORE PRICING

Product prices may also change in line with material and production costs. All prices shown online and in store reflect the current pricing at the time of purchase.

VOUCHERS AND PREVIOUS PURCHASES

  • Vouchers are issued as monetary value, not as a fixed price
  • Vouchers do not expire
  • Voucher value can be used towards any workshop, event, or product at the current price

This ensures fairness for all customers while allowing us to continue offering non expiring vouchers.
